Commercialisation Audits and Reports
Brandspace provides its clients with two types of commercialisation report:
- Conceptual Commercialisation Strategic Planning Report
- This report is developed in conjunction with the property developer and architect to ensure that commercialisation potential is maximised. It is effectively an 'on plan' exercise which enables a developer or owner to optimise the planning and design of the facility to ensure that the full commercialisation potential is achieved.
- Commercialisation Audit
- This audit aligns the portfolio's brand values with its commercialisation potential. The report identify’s a portfolio’s ‘tradeable assets’ and details appropriate non core revenue income streams.
