REPORT 1: Brand Awareness and Spontaneous Recall Evaluation
This evaluation is based on 250 face-to-face interviews during a campaign at its point of delivery / interaction. It identifies if the ‘consumer’ is aware of the brand and measures spontaneous recall / top of mind - helping to identify propensity to buy.

This evaluation is based on 250 face-to-face interviews during the campaign. It evaluations the promotion in three key areas.
Firstly it considers the communication effects; is the intended message being communicated effectively and to the intended audience.
Secondly it evaluates the Brand Perception, documenting what people’s perception towards the brand is as a result of the campaign.
Finally, it evaluates the propensity to buy. This is documented by capturing respondents’ predicted likelihood to purchase the product as a result of being exposed to the campaign.

A full evaluation which incorporates report 1 and 2 to provide a detailed brand study pre, during and post campaign. This report measures attitudes towards the brand as a consequence of the campaign by contrasting them to attitudes and perceptions at the venue before the promotion.

Our Mystery Shopping report is designed to provide structured feedback on the performance of your promotion or the company selling products from a stand or kiosk. It examines customer service levels (i.e. how the staff are handling the customers at the point of sale and the look-and-feel of the stand.) This would include 7 mall visits including taking photos of the stand and merchandise display.
